Agile adoption: how to avoid failure?

Video

Abstract

Agile has been around since 2001 and was created as a direct response to the failing classic waterfall project methodology.
Since then, it is often seen as the Holy Grail of modern project management. While we see many companies take on agile initiatives, success is not guaranteed, especially when we start scaling it to the program or initiative level.

This session focuses on the risks of agile adoption and the ways to mitigate them so we can avoid setting up our companies for failure when we embrace agile.
