Abstract

Many organizations are adopting Agile ways of working for faster, safer, more frequent releases of new ‘software features’.

However, Agile will only get you so far…providing you adopt it in the right way. To get the full business value and benefits from adopting Agile ways of working there is more to consider.

In this session we will share the findings of more than 400 organizations who have adopted or are adopting an Agile mindset and the barriers they meet, particularly in the context of end-to-end delivery of solutions, which is where many are now hitting the ‘DevOps’ wall. Whether it is Agile, or DevOps. All these new approaches meet similar issues.

What are these, and what are some success factors discovered by these 400 organizations?
