Join me, your storyteller and guide, on the perilous 2-year journey of the ship The Yard Goats as a small, inexperienced crew transformed into a well-oiled bunch of buccaneers who dared to overcome the most treacherous waters of the Seven Seas. It's an epic story of failures and successes, of exploration and self-realization, of individuals willing to die for the greater good, of brother- and sisterhood.

'Tis my wish, apart from an hour of entertainment, that you can gather some tidbits of useful information before you embark on your own adventures or if you've already set sail, have your crew steer your ship in the right direction.

As an Implementation Architect & Agile coach at CTG Belgium, Bert trains his colleagues and customers alike in all sorts of methodological, creative and technical courses. He helps his customers to incorporate a continuous learning culture by providing high quality training and professional coaching on the goals they set out to achieve.
Bert can build on the experience he has acquired over his 20+ year career with all kinds of companies, whether small, medium or large; domestic or international. Additionally, he has been a speaker and workshop facilitator at several events.
In his spare time, he is a passionate cook and avid tabletop role player and hails from Antwerp, Belgium
