Abstract

Many reasons exist for companies to implement an Information Security Management System (ISMS), such as proof of security to third parties and competitive advantage.

The benefits of an ISMS do not come without effort. Setting up an ISMS is not only another project of the IT department but will impact the whole organization and will very likely change the company climate. In this session we’ll discuss how to manage this.
