Performance testing in an agile context, what is below the iceberg?

Video

Abstract

Agile is about shortening your delivery cycles, decreasing your time to market to be one-step ahead on the competition. However, what about the performance of your shipped product? Knowing that our (potential) customers are high demanding, you cannot afford you to release with degrading performance. To what level do you embed performance testing in your sprints? Do you integrate performance test scripts in your automated pipeline? Are non-functional requirements part of your backlog? How is the performance aspect reflected in your DoD (definition of done)?

This session gives you answers on the mentioned aspects of performance testing in an agile context, because there is a lot more complexity below the top of the iceberg than you imagine.
